What To Expect From Services? 

• Email Support

  • Prefer to handle things by email? Send your brief and files. I will review, record my screen while walking through feedback, make edits or notes as needed, then return the updated files plus the recording.

  • How it works

    • I spend up to 1 hour total on your request. This includes reviewing your materials, preparing the response, recording, and packaging files.

    • The video itself may be shorter, since file review and packaging take time.

  • Text only option (Emails)

    • If you would rather skip the screen recording, you can opt for written replies.

    • I will answer up to 3 back and forth emails, within a total of 1 hour of response time (cumulative, not all 3 in 1 hour), and within a reasonable scope and length.
